We have a place called the little clinic inside our grocery stores got one a mile from my house very inexpensive.

Much cheaper than going to Concentra medical center.

 

I've paid between $60 and $130 for DOT physicals. Just google docs in your area that do them and call around for best price. No matter where you go it will be the same physical so go with the cheapest you can find.

 

Just make sure they are on the national registry list, all others don't count. ​

 

Most CVS pharmacies do DOT physicals, around $90

 

My personal dr is authorised and charges $160. Every occupational health office I've ever been to does them.

 

I am a doctor. Not a licensed one, and certainly not a physician. I have no real credentials. But I will inspect you for a reasonable fee. Just uh, you know... cough a couple of times and we'll be good to go.

 

Cvs is about 150 here I believe I payed 90 at urgent care.
