Getting lots of pressure in the coolant tank which triggers a STOP light in the dash for low coolant. After i open the coolant tank cap off the coolant levels out. Will appreciate any response

Yes you are spot on!! Took a while but I found this to be my solution as well. Tip came watching the compressor cycle while monitoring the coolant. Just about drove me crazy for a while (and the dealer that convinced me to let them replace the radiator, which did nothing to solve the problem).
Go for miles with no problems then stop for a short time and it would puke out a gallon of coolant, stuff like this will drive you nuts!

So was this problem fixed by replacing the expansion tank. or something else. Cause I have the same problem and thinking about R/R the Aircompressor.
