What he said. Plus they have several truly stunning women tending there if you hit it on the right day at the right time. Grill food not bad either.

Sinclair, WY. West edge of town. Small locals bar with friendly staff and patrons. Dirt lot across the street. Decent Mexican food about 2 blocks east.

Mauston, WI. Across from the Pilot in the hotel. Good food in the restaurant and good drinks and cold beer in the bar.

Forget the bars. In my time prior to the CDL rules of 1994, we purchase drink at the likker store and stowed them away when not on bad road. =)

I grew up in a business dedicated to selling drinks to people of all kinds and I was not inclined to spend more time in bars around the USA.

Many of the places mentioned by the drivers before me were good places. Some are I think gone, History.

Commerce City, CO - There's a good little bar a few blocks north of the TA on Quebec St., just past E. 60th Ave. There's also a liquor store right by the truckstop.

Indy - I second whoever mentioned the hole-in-the-wall bar in the motel across from the Pilot on 495. Had a great time in there years ago. Local band played the best cover of Copperhead Rd. I've ever heard. Beer was cold and cheap.

Sparks, NV - Another second for Western Village. That's where I learned how to make money at the craps table - and lose it at the blackjack table.

Who remembers Country Bobs in Binghamton NY? I think it was beside a TA? What a odd place, you could not get to your table without a woman hitting on you. Did not matter if you were 20 or 70,,,just a bevy of wanton women!
