I believe it is, but not 100% sure. Should be a good starting point though. I don't see anything about the after-treatment systems, so that makes me wonder if it's complete.

I just drove 55 in cali. I'm sure Werner and my fm hated it. But hey.. I didn't make the rules. And I sure as he'll wasn't going 3k miles back to cali to fight a ticket.

    D left, KR right...

They are 95+% the same, but here are the differences off the top of my head:

    The KR:
    will display ecm odometer mileage
will keep track of 2 trips
keeps track of profit per mile
    has profit per hour

by default it has a smoother (slower) mpg display, but this can be adjusted to match on the D.

    The D:

    Keeps track of 1 trip
keeps track of fuel cost per trip
keeps track of fuel cost per mile

Aside from that they are the same (aside from the price & Kevin Rutherford's signature). The D can be reprogrammed to KR specs for a small fee.

These codes match my 12.7 detroit: https://ddcsn-ddc.freightliner.com/cps/rde/xbcr/ddcsn/1-SECM-03-05.pdf

For most folks, I'd agree. But the profit per hour display could easily pay for itself if you are on a mileage pay-based lease & on e-logs. Using it you can quickly determine the optimum cruising speed or gear for a variety of conditions.

The D keeps track of 2 trips. A & B. The factory default is 2day and previous day, easily changeable in settings

It's amazing that most guys I know who run their own trucks don't buy scan gauges and don't give 2 ***** about fuel mileage.

What transmission do you have and what's your rear end ratio?

BTW when i ran California i would run about 58, all up and down I-5, rt.99, I-40 no problems.

Ok, i just re-read your post, you have a 10 speed. Do you know if 10th is overdrive or direct drive?

I wouldn't if I had any, especially if they're old enough to get a job.
