    45 years....I would make a video, have each employee maybe say a little something or even tell a story. Something he can watch later on and bring him back to that time. Don't buy him a $50 gift card or a pocket watch, that's just a slap in the face. Give him the gift of memories and appreciation unless you have a new pickup ordered.
