When did you get the ticket? Some companies will hire you anyway.
Do you already have a cdl?

after three years, MOST companies don't care about tickets, other than DUI. And if it was ONE ticket, it shouldn't be a big deal anyway. Something about the OP tells me there's more to this story.

One 20 over ticket is NOT FMCSA disqualifying. Just be careful in the future because you don't need any further problems. Actually if the ticket is not issued by a MCSAP/CVSA/DOT officer and made part of an inspection as a violation the FMCSA won't know about it. It will however be on your DAC/HIRERIGHT file at some point and if the ticket is reported back to your homestate (some are not) it is on your MVR and you have points. At this point is up to the company to make the decision. One more piece of free advice. Stop driving like hell because if you keep doing it you might one day find it.

    What's it fall off of?
I can go to Indiana's BMV website and see all my tickets from 20 some years ago
