    Salt Lake is swarming with bulk guys, and alot of bulk ICS. 5 and counting in the past week. the local tank wash have about 10-12 SNI tanks when they had 2 a couple of weeks ago. bulk guys parked at the OC as well. never ever saw them there before.
    would love to know what accounts they have in the area
