What region or DC is this happening in? Last week, we had a couple of days where there was wait time, but it's not been an ongoing problem.

Passed physical and got a conditional job offer from Walmart. Just wondering how screwed I am. I worked for a mom and pop waste collection company 9 years ago and they literally shut down operations three days after they hired me so I just went back to the otr company that I left days prior. I forgot to list it on my application. Nothing to hide. They didn't even drug test or anything. Just simply forgot to list it on my finalized app. Guess I'm not gonna get the call to show up for orientation now huh?
-
You remembered to ask us about it but not to list or fix it when given the final chance to review your application ? Just saying ...
Yeah you will prob still get the call but at any time they find something that was left out or falsified you could be terminated.
I have seen guys askecto leave half way through orientation. -
No, I left out a few things and when I went to finalize my app I did remember two things to correct before I signed my app and was given the correction form. But I just forgot one last thing to list. The main person who sits at the desk was gone that day and they were shuffling me around from person to person to figure things out. I'm not gonna lie, I showed up unprepared, I didn't know the pretrip was capped at 30 minutes and I didn't know a physical and drug screen was going to be done that day I showed up. So you'll have to excuse me that I forgot one thing. Just wondering what will happen now. Should I call and explain or is it too late?

Not screwed, someone from the safety hiring team will most likely call you to verify your 10 year employment history if there are significant gaps, but the previous 3 years worth of employers are the ones we'd be contacting.
But also keep in mind that orientation may be quite a while still depending on how quickly your previous employers return stuff, unless you can afford to do so; don't quit your day job.virginianaples Thanks this. -
I think you will be fine it's nothing to stress over. Relax and wait for your start date.virginianaples Thanks this.

Thank you very much for your honest answer!slim6596 Thanks this.

You're welcome. I know someone who just HAS to go into every Cabelas he goes past, so he doesn't see $400 in a day....ever. You can do it fairly easily after a couple of pay increases. I have only been here just over three years and have done over $400 every day this week (tomorrow is go home day).
