I found what I thought to be an interesting tool: A load board called: "NO BROKER FREIGHT" There was no trial period by which to "kick the tires" so I paid the $39.00 ninety-day fee. It took me five minutes to realize that load board was useless. Oh well, chalk it up and move on -- WRONG. When I clicked on the "Cancel" my subscription button, the page greyed over and I could not do anything - it froze up. Tried it a few times more, but same result. So I called their phone number. The polite female voice promised a call back if I left my phone number, but I received not one call back to my many unanswered calls requesting the cancellation of my subscription. I emailed them several times, even wrote them a letter. This has been going on for three months without any success, not a single reply to any of my attempts at contacting NO BROKER FREIGHT. Well, today, 10/17/16, my initial 90-day period expired, and sure as ship - today, they charged my bank account $39.99....In the process of disputing the charge with the bank....STAY AWAY FROM "NO BROKER FREIGHT."

Tell your bank to not allow any more charges from them and see if you can reverse the second one. This is fraud.

On a side note, stay away from RTF, or Real Time Freight. It's a sub company of ITS. The sales guy kept calling me and telling me how great it is with lots of direct shippers and all that. I wanted a trail, even for one day and he said they can't do that. So I paid for one month. $60. Within 5 minutes I emailed him to cancel it and he didn't even try to change my mind. He know it was #### but at least he got me to pay $60 once.

For those wondering, I did a search for flatbed loads out of Seattle going anywhere. No other restrictions. ITS had 750 loads or something like that and RTF had 12. 12! I'm still mad with I think about it, I got tricked into wasting $60.

I cancelled my ITS subscription I had since 2005 last month after I found out they put a delay of 60 seconds on posted loads for basic members so their "premium members" can get first crack at them.

I consider most loads on ITS to be cheap stuff no one else wants but, to find out I was searching for that "diamond in the rough" over dimensional load with a 60 second obstacle in front of me really turned me off to their system. I wont pay $150 for a broker load board geared towards brokers to take advantage of these new ultra competitive truckers that flooded the industry as soon as the fuel prices dropped.

Guys are snatching these cheap #### loads up in seconds, it's crazy. Who books a load within 60 seconds? It takes more than that to find out what's involved in the load then you've got to negotiate a lot of factors relating to your compensation for your time and expenses. Seems these new guys or desperate older guys are running this industry into the ground by just snatching these crap loads up for whatever they pay, it's disappointing to say the least and ITS seems to be at the forefront to facilitate this mess.

They tell you. It's one of their selling points for pro. I had to get pro because basic doesn't let me hide loads I'm not interested in and it doesn't let me sort by RPM. I didn't care for the live feed because most places I run to have a truck shortage so good loads will sit on the board for hours sometimes. I still think it's BS that I have to pay $150 a month for a couple extra features.

Dont sweat it. Send a Notarized letter cancelling your subscription. (keep a copy for your records). What if: next months bank statement shows a debit from ur bank account. Present the letter to your bank, Your Bank will draft the funds from the business bank account & deposit into your account. If, the problem repeats, the Bank will notify the other bank and inform them of the abuse. (nonissue)

Question, does ITS have a button on a load allowing a carrier to immediately accept a load?
The screen view for a broker compared to a carrier is very different and they don't answer many questions or give a look at the carrier screen view when you are signed up as a broker.
The reason I ask is that if we have 10 loads all the same details I don't create 10 posts because personally I think it's ridiculous but if there is a button on the load that a carrier can press to accept the load and the post automatically changes status then I'm forced to create 10 posts.

I had basic and was able to block all postings by TQL. I think you just have to right click on the brokers name and choose "block".

$150 is ridiculous, borderline extortion in a way.

I apologize to the OP for drifting off topic but, disputing the charges with your card or bank is the right and easiest way to solve your problem and it seems your on the right track. Thank you for the heads up!
