I think it's ridiculous as well but basic doesn't let me sort by RPM or let me hid individual loads so it gets too cluttered. But what can I do? I already have DAT Power but it's not working as nice as ITS Pro for me. No other load board is even close so I'm stuck paying the $150.

No, you have to call or email the broker about it. There is a negotiation feature but no one seems to use it.CaseFreight Thanks this.

First of all if you ever go exploring a new website/product or whatever, ALWAYS use a credit card. You can call immediately and dispute the charges and the retailer has to explain why they will not refund. For example you have not returned the product or still logging on and use the service. It is very difficult for the retailer to win and keep your $$$.
Second, if you don't have a credit card and use your debit card, in my experience you have to show up at a branch in person and cancel the card and order a new one. I use credit unions and don't use mega banks so I don't know thier protocol, but that is what I had to do. -

If they don't offer a free trial, that should be your red flag. Move on.

“Everybody who had joined in the past, we’re going to give them all kinds of free time,” says Fussi,
What a scumbag this dude is. He knows dam(n) well his bank account linked to that site is collecting money every month and he regularly checks it. And has spent it too. That's probably why he can't repay all he has stolen, so he offers free time to a crappy site that has never worked.
And he only offered that because the writer sniffed his scumbag azzzz out at his brokerage.
This is a signal to stay away from his brokerage National Freight Shippers too.
I hope to God someone starts a class action against him. -
Why is it ridiculous? I think it is crazy when people cheap out on good tools in their chosen profession. I know people who pay more in a month on a cell phone bill for no other reason than to play on a phone all the time. How silly is that? This is a money making tool for a business. If you depend on spot freight why would you not pay for the best tools possible?
This reminds me of a story a mechanic posted in here some time ago. They hired a new guy in his shop and the tools this guy had were all harbor freight. Said they saw that guy round off more edges and bust more sockets in a week than many of them using much better tools had seen screwed up in years. One really good load paid that $150 subscription and then some. A $150 is nothing.jn1427 and azbraindamage Thank this. -
Update on my situation with NO BROKER FREIGHT load board. They refunded my money, and put me on free status. So in the end they did the right thing.

Any time I see some new load board or service with catch names like "direct freight" or "no brokered" immediately that is suspect in my mind. Any shyster with some familiarity of our business knows truckers can be hooked on a gimmick like "cutting out a middle man". And when you really think this through why would any such load board, even if it were direct freight, be any different or even better than regular load boards? Are they just going to pay more money on spot rates just because? So all of a sudden good shippers who pay well are going to start using this instead of their usual carriers? Or is it just more of the same excess garbage loads that no-one wants like every other load board?

Blocking TQL....wise decision. I recently received this message:
"DAT and Getloaded are combining to create one "super-database." Customers of both services will have access to a massive load board network, where more than 126 million loads and trucks are posted every year.
DAT and Getloaded are both owned by the same company, and up to now, the two operated with independent databases. That meant the loads and trucks posted on one network were not seen on the other one. Combining the networks means you'll be able to access both from one place, and in order to do that, the Getloaded platform will be retired."
