P endorsement

i have a class A cdl does any one know how i can get my passenger endorsement, so i can get a bus job? I want to drive a bus . the truck schools are saying I have to pay like $2000 (no intallments) up front to do the pre trip description test, and road test ug !

I got my CDL grandfathered, I had a friend that was the manager of a county school bus shop that helped me get my original class B and after I got it I had a P on it. I never took any driving test just a written test. When I upgraded to an A it followed me. I transferred my CDL to VA in 2013 and the P stayed on. Till the day VA took away my DL I had a P and never took a skills test of any kind except for my A CDL skills test in only a tractor trailer.

 

no unfortunately i keep going to interviews and they just keep telling me no we can't hire you until you get your p endorsement .

Really? Theres signs at every school bus company here that says get your license and have a job all in one place....
