Rates have been dropping.

So by this post because you understand ghetto to refer to black people you're admitting to being racists?

 

And here you display your ignorance by saying ghetto but meant blacks.

Because someone uses a word doesn't always mean racism.

Until they clarify "that's what they meant"

 

I thought we were talking about rates.

 

The rates they still stink. And are only getting worse.

And on a funny note well I think it's funny, if the rates keep dropping I may need to move back to the Ghetto so to prepare I think for nostalgic sake I might eat a ketchup sandwich tonight....lol
