Here's a thought ... you want to be with a company where a recruiter can pull up your statements anytime they wish?

Yeah I would have no problem with the recruiter pulling up my settlement as long as my personal information is not being given out. I've had plenty of trucking companies send me copies of statements but the personal information blotted out. That's a sign of transparency and honesty because at the end of the day people lie but numbers don't.

When you first sign on, your sign on bonus pays for this. After, if they put the money up front for you, it makes sense to deduct if from your settlement a little at a time. To avoid this, I suspect one could pay for it all up front.

Well you definitely have the options to get and pay for your own plates and permits.

The board has some good freight right now but after the holidays it's going to get rough I've applied and got approved at Roadrunner truckload plus these days you need to be leased to a company that has plenty of freight and able to negotiate your rate INTD has a lot of freight but the good stuff is reserved for the company trucks and that new contract during appreciation week left a bad taste in my mouth I'm going to miss the drop and hooks but I'll get over it good luck guys happy holidays be safe!!
