No sense in jumping the gun just yet. If you aren't fired yet, there's a slim chance you aren't fired at all. Stay with the same company as long as you can, request your HireRight report to see if it's on there, and also pull your MVR to see if anything is listed. If there's no paperwork or records, it didn't happen.

Hate to say this, but chances are, you'll get termed. That's one of the 3 big no no's. Roll over, rear end collision, theft of truck (due to poor driver choices).

If that's the case, then it's gonna extremely hard to find someone to hire you. If course that may vary depending on your residence. Forget ANY of the mega carriers. They'll want 5 years from the accident.

    Best of luck to you

Carolina Cargo comes to mind. Maybe a Craigslist 1099 company??

    Good advice.
If you like the company ok, then stay and wait it out. Even if they fire you, there's jobs available.

I speak from personal experience concerning exact same situation. They didn't fire me right away. I eventually got routed to home terminal and was sent home. Was told it would be about 2 weeks b4 I would hear from them. Had to wait for the monthly safety board to convene and review my case. Got termed approx 3 weeks from accident date.
