I know that, I meant to say along with the other load boards. If there are any other suggestions, tip/tricks that could help.

Where you are located there are several major auto auctions plus many smaller ones and thousands of dealers, so the best way to get work is hit the street and start talking to these people. At the dealers you do not want the salesman, or even the sales manager you want the used car manager. He is the one that buys, sells, and ships the wholesale used cars, he is the one to make friends with. At the auctions you want the transportation coordinator, they will tell you to sign up with their third party dispatch service, which you must do, but ultimately they are the ones that decide if you get a shot after you jump through all the hoops that Ready or Cars Arrive will put you through.

Keep in mind you will not be an overnight success doing it this way, but it has worked for me for almost 15 years now, I do not use broker boards, couldn't tell you what is happening on CD if my life depended on it. I do use the third party logistics companies Ready and Cars Arrive only because I was forced to after 12 plus years of a direct relationship with Adesa and Manheim auctions because they turned their dispatch over to them.

Yes sir. I am building a new 4 car right now. You are in a good area for what we do. We run CT to NJ daily. I responded to your pm. Living in that area working Monday through Friday running legal you should make around $50,000 a year. The truck is being put together as we speak. About 4 weeks out till I get it. 2017 KW with a Chevron rear end.

Hey Ziggy, I have to ask, so there is no issue with the last car on a lift bar? or are you running a lift bar and a dolly? Just curious, because I have seen loads listed as NO TOW? Btw, good luck with the truck, care to share the specs, model, engine, tranny, etc. I'm just a spec #####, can't help it!!!

Great spec, I love that little PX-9 (ISL Cummins) and the 3000 series Allison is a reasonably priced tranny, especially for "city" work, sounds like a great truck/combo, good luck with it!
