NC driver seeking otr position

Hi,

My name is Abel and I'm an Owner Operator leased to Landstar. I'm looking for a driver to put into a truck I have available. Landstar is very stringent with their hiring process. I'm looking for a driver that has at least one year OTR within the last three years. I prefer someone with flatbed/Stepdeck/Heavy Haul experience, but can put truck to pull a dry van. Clean driving record and clean criminal history. We pull lots of military loads. The compensation is as follows:

Heavy Haul - 25% of the line haul plus 75% tarp 100% loading/unloading

Flatbed/stepdeck - 27% of the line haul plus 75% of tarp pay.

Dry van - $0.40/mile plus 100%loading/unloading If applicable.

I am a small trucking fleet owner looking for a good driver who can route plan with fuel stops, isn't afraid to drive in all conditions, and wants to get paid on time every time. If you need a company QUALCOMM or other device to tell you directions, if a little snow scares you and you can't drive, or if you can't look at a list of approved fuel stations and pick one on your route then please don't apply. Requirements:

•23 years of age
•Class A CDL, HazMat (H) or combination (X) endorsement not required but recommended.
•Clean MVR.
•No felony convictions within the past 7 years. All other felony and misdemeanor charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
•No positive drug or alcohol test including refusals and pre-employment results.
•No suspensions of more than 30 days for moving violations in the last 36 months.
•Proficient enough in English .
