    I use the 5 section form that has the graph log on top, then below that is my IFTA recordings below that is shipments on truck and next to that is an abbreviated inspection form. Question is I do my inspection in a seperate book so it would be redundant to copy it to the 5 part form or should I copy it anyway since it's attached to my log book?

    Just because there is a blank space for information to be included does not mean the information is required. The required info is designated as such in the regulations. Blanks for non-required information can be left empty or you can fill them in. All required info must be filled in.
