How do I find out about this? as in let's say I've been driving, and they don't report to dac, I want to get a job, but new company looks at dac. nothing on it, what do I do? how would I prove, other than emails of pay stubs, that I actually did drive?

Companies usually only report negativity to DAC. You are better off with NOTHING on your dac. Companies have to verify employment or show a "reasonable attempt" to do so. It's going to depend on the company. Usually a phone call from new company with a 4 or 5 questions like this:

"This person says they worked for you from this date to this date, is this true? please provide dates"
"Has this person ever had any failed drug tests"
"Has this person had any DOT preventable accidents"

    and so on......

    Halanious Thanks this.
