    Hi Guys

Any recommendations for a good driving school in Quebec ?

So far im going to talk to these two organizations, they offer a DEP (615 hours programs) which sounds good to me ( want best training possible). I am based in Montreal, but can travel, relocate for the training.

1- Centre de formation du transport routier Saint-Jerome (CFTR)
2- L'École du Routier Professionnel du Québec

Any Quebec training schools stand out?

You will relocate for training ?

I have no relationship to this place, but they have been around for a long time, no bad reports, only good testimonials, good apprenticeship programs, most graduates find work almost immediately, and certified.

Just a thought or at least a comparison.

Thanks a lot for the reply Pullin2, yeah I can relocate, I should specify "relocate in eastern Canada" so NS would be no problem :) , however looking locally first as I could swear I saw one of those 2 schools in Quebec having a price of 132$ for the course. I think there might be some Government aid or program making it so cheap, I would just like to make sure its quality...I

Again thanks for the recommendations, I will definetly check safetycollege.ca out.

    Pullin2 Thanks this.

    hi

theres 2 school that youll get a diploma from the gov. DEP is pretty much mandatory to get a job in quebec.

    CFTR will cover montreal area

CFTC will cover the rest of quebec map

it cost 200 $, take 615H.. public school is cheap in quebec... there's long waiting list so act now.

do you speak/read/write french ? if not, you may have restrictions. i think CFTR gives more driving course in english, but CFTC give some. check it out and dont wait.

I've seen cftr trucks in my travels in the Montreal area they seem to be pretty legit and I'll say this if you learn in Montreal you can drive anywhere it's not a easy city to drive in but offers lots of different scenarios to get great practice in which can really help you in the long run career wise
