It's rare a turbo needs to be touched.

Im thinking something is out of whack regarding any number of inputs such as your foot by wire to ECM, fuel pump etc.

Or something as dumb as a loose 5th wheel?

I know nothing about what they are doing to you. But 4 turbos? Bless me that is bad. Get rid of that truck.

Still, start where you know there is a problem. Ask the dealer to disable the jake completely for a day and see what happens.

 

when you say it works from 1 to 4, do you feel a difference between 1 to 2 to 3 to 4? or do they feel the same? Does the engine output any smoke?

 

Maybe you should try a different dealer?
