If someone offered me $.16 cents a mile I'd tell them to go pound sand and I'd go back to detailing cars at the Audi dealership where I worked. Even most of the megas pay more than that,solo or team.

 

I'm still hung up on the OP's comment that he was in the "recovery fleet". They must really be a top notch company when they treat their drivers so bad they have to have an entire fleet just to recover abandoned trucks and loads. That in combination that they will hire near any bum that walks in...

 

I'm just curious what you think a contract is for. I don't have anything for CRE but I suspect they have an agreement signed by your own hand stating you would pay them back for training, no conditions from YOU.

LMAO!! This is do true. When my son was with Werner an OTR driver told him to be very careful what he said or did in his truck. because Werner put cameras in the mirrors. What is even funnier is he told me that after a few weeks he started trying to look inside his mirrors! LOL!

People are dishonest when they represent 16cpm when really they are being paid 32cpm for the miles they drive (half of the team mileage). They get paid 16cpm for all miles by both drivers. Not that 32cpm is any good but it's more honest to put it that way. And yeah CR England sucks, the OP decided to go there even though there are thousands of negative comments all over the place.
