PRIME Drivers... What's your 20? (2)

Had my truck in the shop at Transwest in Brighton about 20 miles east of Prime. Ordered some local Chinese food and it was some of the best I've had in years. Took forever to deliver but sure did taste great

 

Remember couple years ago, deadheading over 1500mi for a customer.
They needed relocation of some of our trailers ASAP & were footing the bill. Best fuel milage I ever saw out of that old truck I had at the time.

Henderson, NV till tomorrow morning.

 

Prislc. Getting a trailer fixed. Ran the last 600 miles with the jumper cables running from the trailer battery to the truck's terminal studs on the frame. Dead alternator.

 

Making my way across 90 heading home. Stopped for the night in hardin, mt. Pulling my dry van trailer again on this load. It's weird not hearing a reefer throughout the day and not. Oh well, I'll be hooked back up to a prime trailer soon enough.

 

Dead head over here and got a preplan went to 01. They are closed until Monday. No more loads now have pre plan for tomorrow go right back to Harrisburg , PA to pick up. Not very happy.

 

Donner. Rushing with student to beat the snow that's due in today.

 

That's only white stuff, it doesn't cause any problems at all. Why rush

 

Flying J in Ripon. Didn't see a single sign of that "white stuff" that "doesn't cause any problems at all." Student acquitted himself quite well today. He gets a gold star.
