I just got into a 2016 Volvo 670 with a 475 D13 motor. Truck has 162xxx on it. It's developed an issue where it will totally fall on its face upon releasing the clutch and initially giving it throttle. It lasts maybe 2-3 seconds and then picks up again without hiccup, but during this time it feels like the motor pretty much quits running. Seemingly happens more after an extended period of idle but it's not consistent. No CEL and no fault codes stored either. It was doing this before it had a full PM service, all fuel filters and such have been changed and it continues to do this. Anyone have any suggestions? Since it's not throwing any codes and it's not consistent I know it will be useless to write up but it's certainly annoying :/

Also my power locks are totally dead, both via the door switch and the keyless remotes. I'm not seeing a specific power lock relay or fuse in the dash panel, any suggestions with that? Thanks

Fuses are under the hood on the left side just above the steering shaft. Check grounds, one that seems to work loose is the ground strap from the starter to the inside frame rail. Could the ecm be set to progressive shifting? It limits the fuel available at low rpms.

I'm not really sure what the definition of excessive would be as this is my first D13 powered truck, but comparing to the start times of other engines it does take longer on the average. Sometimes you can bump the starter and it starts immediately, other times it cranks for a little bit
