A personal experience?

>SIX!
>She looks at me funny, pauses

>SIX!!!!
>She gets a look
>Is that really your name?
>That is what I said isn't it?

I always just pick whatever comes to mind, I've been pecker, sneakers, hamburglar, taco, sniffles, elmo, etc. Some times they get abrasive about it and just call out the number.

 

I recently told a young girl working at Jacks burger in a southern state my name for my order and she said "we used to have a mule we called that" I'm not as thin skinned as I once was or I might have said something that would have really embarrassed her. Even now I was tempted to say something relating to a certain size of my anatomy.

 

Aw come on, the poor kid is just trying to do her job, and apparently isn't too terribly intelligent!

 

Because of people like my brother... Wares shirts that says Larry on them, his name is not Larry. Was too cheap to buy new shirts with the reflective stripes on them.

 

Used slag for butt hole...

Relax! I just said I was tempted. But you're right, she was just a kid. I've got a pair of boots older than her. And she was country as a corn field.

This was at a Jacks burger down south. (Jack's, not Jack in the Box)

That is because they are not motivated employees, they are lazy employees and therefore not worthy of advancement or training.

I just tell them im deaf and not to bother with names. I usually watch the people assemble my order and evaluate them for workmanship, hygene etc.
