1. orientation pay is paid after you do your first 5000 miles
2. first check in the hole
3. you cant get paid until you driver 5000 miles meaning that it will take you about an 2 wks to do that
4. you have to do 3 trips to the west coast before you can request home time
5. you never get paid any detention time doesnt matter how long you sit and wait
6. there is a very rude and disrespectful dispatcher
7. your driver manager never answers the phone
8. you cant get your last check untill you drive 5000

I didn't go with them. I got a call from another company,got lucky and got a dedicated Wal Mart trip. That's all I do and I get pd .35cpm. how much experience have you got might can hook you up. So far so good with this company.
