That's what this forum is all about, people seeking career advice from anonymous strangers on the internet who recommend companies they have never worked for.

Look mad here is the problem, it really isn't directed to you but frustration for many of us.

We read these posts all the time where a newbie or a potential newbie have their mind made up about a company based on what others cry about, it gets tiring to hear how bad these companies are and how evil they can be and it gets to people who work or worked for them and moved on without burning bridges.

I have four trucks on with a mega company and if I go to the bad company section, I can pull up hundreds of complaints from drivers crying about how they were treated while at the same time my drivers complain about little until they figured out how the system works. And believe me my drivers will complain if something isn't legit.

Many will assume a company like Schindler or swift is just horrible and many owner operators are clueless to how they work, calling them bottom feeders and tell the world because they can't compete so someone reading this will assume it is true.

The best thing is to get your work going and always be flexible with no goal to work for one company.

    Hoodoo Voodoo Thanks this.

Yeah I understand what you're saying but you read what he wrote??? Saying that I , me was craping on "good people " if he read my first post on "No Megas" I didn't say squat about anyone or on any other posts I was simply asking for advice and a little help who is he to care where I work anyway ..... I never complained about a company .... help....advice that's what I was looking for.. come on I f!#$%$ s#@$#% on people have said nothing of the sort. But I do understand your point and I'm sure it can be frustrating form post to post

I got what he said, don't agree with the approach but nevertheless you get where we are coming from. The help and advice sometimes comes from those who post like that. You just can't take a lot of it personal because if you do, just wait when you deal with idiot dock workers.
