That "Keydown" antenna is only half an antenna. The negative half must be able to handle the same amount of power.

Short of running a two element phased verticle dipole array from the rear of the truck, I would probably build a single dipole out of one of these.

well theres no fiberglass antenna thats going to work then.... a 7ft. firestik is rated at 1000 watts.I dunno I'm getting a headache I need a bottle of jack and some valium or xanax think it's the same thing nowadays I still dunno....

How do u tune the upside down ant..So much changes when you try an tune an uprite ant and then add lean on it..
