That's is absurd. we've had to replace cards half a dozen times in the last few years thanks to hackers. All replacement cards always had new info on them though. I don't understand why you were issued duplicates. The fact that Best Buy basically says that this criminal has more rights than you due to privacy laws is a freaking joke. So long story short, your bank/CC company did absolutely nothing when you tried to cancel your cards 2 months ago and now you get to pay the price. Sounds like citi to me

Citi is the best buy card. I go through a credit Union for my banking. I honestly never even thought of online purchase shopping. I was surprised at how many vendors don't require the 3 digit security code on the back of the card.
I shut the BB card off again, I hope, I mean when I called in the first time, I told them not to send me a card, so that any purchases with it would have to be in store, with ID.
my credit union actually has an amazing app that allows me to dictate where my cards can be used and I can shut them off with the press of a button and get immediate notifications.
I guess it was bound to happen. It's just amazing that how easy it was for someone to start spending my money after all of these supposed security features were in placeAM14 Thanks this. -
If they used it for Internet the police can find them.
Best buy should have security footage as well as signed pick up forms.
It's happened to me too. 2 yrs ago someone in PR bought a car wit my debit card.
Total 27k took 6 months to straighten out.

Pilot or flying j in mobile.
Had that sinking feeling when a swift setup to back next to me. I wasn't sure which side he was aiming for but was ready on the horn and to jump out with help but luckily the driver put it in the middle of the three empty spots next to me.milehunter43 Thanks this. -

Somewhere in Mass. it took 7 hours to get to Boston from my 1st stop in NJ. 291 miles and i got paid for 233 of them. Awesome. Got to tomorrow's customer that I'd never been to before but my paperwork and workflow says parking is available. It's kind of hard to park in a lot that has a locked gate. So I got to haul ### out of Boston with 40 minutes left of drivetime to find the best looking illegal parking space I could find. I get to go back tomorrow and do it all over again just to get rid of 4 freaking pallets.

"Driver long-term parking available" as long as it's within the hours of 9-5, Monday through Friday!
Home_on_wheels, 91B20H8 and AM14 Thank this. -
Exactly. I have a 4 page spreadsheet with most of our customers on it and the parking availability. They just updated it a month ago but I'm constantly crossing locations off the list. I think it's more a matter of drivers not reporting no park spots than anything else. I always message in when we can no longer park somewhere and then 20 minutes later I'll see a fleet wide message go out about it. Doesn't surprise me though. We can't even get guys to report about flat trailer tires. Expecting them to notify anyone about customer changes is just asking too #### much.milehunter43 Thanks this.
