Hello if your codriver made an illegal U Turn and damaged the cab extender will this be enough to cancel your Crst contract?

If both of you are on that contract. The names.

If your co driver is a trainee and intended to be just a company driver, your company should fix the boo boo and write it off as a cost of training. Are you sure that is all he broke? Check your airlines too.

Yes and we are codrivers. Both out of Training. I was in sleeper berth. Will this cancel my contract to a safety issue so I can move on to another company

When did this happen?None the less I doubt this will be reason enough for CRST to cancell your contract. What they'll probably do is fire your co driver and find you another co driver.

That is also what Im beginning to wonder. What is it about the net that is the end all be all.

You should never be afraid to contact someone in any company. If a culture of fear and intimidation exists then quit and go work for someone else before you are eliminated as a liability.

That's what I would do is contact safety and besides drivers are suppose to immediately right after an accident.

If your codriver did the damage your codriver is responsible. Since it was an illegal UTurn. Your codriver may even get fired.

Why are you worried about it? Was it not reported?

They married? Husband wife team? Or... perhaps even two significant others? If one trainee or codriver is eliminated, another will be found. My spouse quit once 300 miles from home while eastbound in TN, after some intense questioning on my part, I let the company know they just lost a driver and I needed to get her home. It worked out well enough. I also quit when she got lonely then started to demand my way or the highway as wifes sometimes do. It's classic. It's almost as if they are programmed to do that.
