CRST codriver accident get out of contract

Did you go through CRST's school to get your cdl?

 

Sounds to me like he wants to quit CRST and hopes this accident will be the ticket for CRST cancelling his contract.

 

Easy enough.

Taking advantage of humans and root cause of issues in the previous 72 hours prior... slam both fists on the table and verbally tear a strip off his back over some ######## issue with the truck having the oil cap loose or something. Then stomp off leaving him to stew. It cost you a meal.

Make sure there are 40 people in there when you do it, use the same words you would against a stubborn 8 year old.

Wait as long as necessary for him to explode. While he is exploding bark at him to talk to the freaking company you don't want to hear of it from this worm making this squeaking noise in the cab with you. If delivered correctly, HE will explode to the first person who answers the phone. Get clear.

The firings will happen.

 

It's a small act in which u use words carefully delivered over nothing at all in such a manner to cause someone to stew. Quick tempered persons will just explode. While they are busy flying off the handle you can then attack precisely making sure if that sob goes down he cannot get up again or you are really in trouble.

That is what I used to do to get fights started, if I got hit early on I used the pain to covert to fuel the aggression on my part.

You would be amazed at how fast a sitaution can be developed with just words and perhaps a carefully staged expression.

 

I kind of gathered that with your first post.Then your next post you asked again so then I pretty much knew.Well hate to rain on your parade but I would say you're stuck till your contract is completed.You can pay CRST so much money to end the contract and untill the difference is paid in full they will not remove you from the contract.
