Of course read that copy of the contract you kept.
Getting in a wreck might get the driver fired, but even then you will still owe CRST the loan. If you wanna move then move. All that will happen is you owe CRST some money. -
How about you just man up and finish out the contract? Or do you need a safe space?
TripleSix, mud23609, BostonTanker and 2 others Thank this. -
lol sounds easy enough, they still won't get him out of the contract.x1Heavy Thanks this.

I drive this truck like an ocean freightliner on a glass lake. Codriver not so much. Hard to sleep through rough shifting and improper breaking.
x1Heavy Thanks this. -
So CRST paid for your school, and in exchange you agreed to work for them for a certain period of time. And now you want to get out of the agreement you made and avoid your obligation under the agreement.
Does that about sum it up? -
It sounds like it's on you you could be dead next time if he doesn't get some training ......x1Heavy Thanks this.

I want to do what it takes to save you. If I had to pick one of the two, you glass lake gets the work first. Other man needs more breaking in.
My comments were a bit off today in this thread I hope that everyone understands that on difficult days I attempt to be funny in a horrible way that it is instantly discredited. Meds have quit working today and Im working on watering the last of the plants I expect to survive the first ice pending Sat night. Work and labor is good for the mind and spirit. Calms both down.
Ultimately, if the contract means paying x number of dollars to the compay pay it. I take it you don't have 50,000 dollars on demand at this time? -
Be a team player offer him some advice.
