    I've been doing this for a little while now and my routine works out pretty well. I drive until my 30 minute Mark and instead of taking a 30-minute break I'll take an hour and get a good workout in but just 30 minutes of one body type. Then 30 minutes to eat and baby wipe down. Then I'll drive for the remaining 10 hours or so and have either 30 minutes to an hour workout of smajor body parts then shower then rest. The only time I don't work out is when I know I won't be taking a shower and the next day or so. Also remember your diet is extremely important. It can get costly but I normally survive off of protein shakes and peanut butter sandwiches and ham and turkey sandwiches. Also coffee and energy drinks as tempting as they are will ruin your body.
