Walmart here I come!

The DC and stores mostly from what I gather.

 

I was at the dc the other day doing paperwork I don't know if this Walmart driver was B.S. me but he said he stays so busy. He goes 2-3 days before he can get a shower. All I know is this driver here will take a shower everyday.

 

That's his personal choice, there's always time to stop and shower or do it before you start your day. From what I've been told you can make yourself available right on your 10 or a little later if you want to get showered in the morning and not have to get up with the dawn patrol. Walmart drivers pretty much run their own show and can work as hard or not as they want.

 

None ! No need to idle .

 

Always time for a shower never that busy. It's all about planning and time management.

 

How is interviewing with them?

 

I got some downtime and the miles I ran back and forth but not multiple arrival pay you never have to break at a customer you bobtail out to somewhere close and return in the am that place needs to have scales heck every place that loads water or dog food should have them

 

Hope you told him that's just nasty and only helps us look/smell more like a typical otr driver. There's always time to shower daily, it may not be the first thing you do in the morning but there's time during the day. Walmart will even pay for our showers if we can't make it to a DC. No excuses to go almost a week without one lol

 

I just hope he's not the one I got to ride with for a week

 

There's a guy at our place who'll make your eyes water more than a truckload of onions. Feel bad for the new guys that have to slip in his truck when he's off.
