Atlantic coast trucking out of Holly Ridge NC, is non compliant and ignores hrs of service rules. Dispatchers are rude and give you a hard time on going home after you have been out 2 or 3 weeks. The new dispatcher doesnt know what she is doing and has attitude problem. The so called compliance person also is clueless.

they can only run you illegal when YOU allow them too. once you let that start, its downhill from there.

Home after 2-3 out isn't too bad.

    Isn't too good either.
And, it depends on how many days home too.
Never drove for anyone with a "policy" of 1 day home for each 7 days out. That ALWAYS seemed ridiculous to me. I want 2 days off for ever 5 days out JUST LIKE EVERYONE IN THAT OFFICE GETS.

thejackal, icsheeple, mindes and 2 others Thank this.

I just seen random posts where it's worse. So for a bad company seems good.

Well, that will depend on how you run, won't it?

Getting home every 2-3 weeks if you run all 48 is pretty much par for the course, while regional shouldn't be any problem to get a driver on weekends.
