There is a truth in being a tree in a forest as opposed to being a tree in someone's yard.
But I prefer a small woods.
Just say NO

My own truck at this company was limited at 94.

If you make it harder to get a cdl, more testing, then only the megas will be capable of providing the training required to get a cdl.
Did your dad teach you?? Or did you learn on your own?Rusty Trawler Thanks this. -
Well I have successfully been to the Quercus, D&H, and now I'm back at the Petro in Milan.

Not...never mind

How big does a company have to be to qualify as a mega? New drivers really don't have a choice because the micro companies are not hiring them period I quit after a year with my first company and went to a smaller company but you pretty much need that year to qualify for anything good.

Well here goes. My definition would be any company having new driver orientation at least once a week. Now may include the companies that have CDL training also. I went to a company with around 2500 trucks but had orientation every week.
I agree with new drivers and also look at what @Broke Down 69 is going through to get his driving career on track and they have him that chance and he has put up way more than we would because of that chance.
More good stories on here just something to think about.Toomanybikes Thanks this.
