    What year is the truck?

Is it the check engine light or MIL light coming on?

If a light comes on there is a reason, the code should be stored & should show as a inactive code unless you have a bad ECM

If it will only run good for 45 minutes before throwing a code maybe you need Detroit to hook the computer up & drive until the light comes on.

Intake Manifold Pressure Lower than expected.

Look for a blocked/ plugged radiator (winter front) , boost leaking, or could be a boost sensor it’s self. Past that it’ll take a dealer or shop to finish the diagnostic.
