That's what I was telling you. Be a nice way to put rates in perspective once its on your truck. Put that $5,500 CA-FL load on your own flatbed and haul it then report back to us how well it works out when you find a reload from FL.

Let me tell you something rookie.......
I know it sounds like easy money, And You "Couldn't believe it"

You're playing a dangerous game if you continue to do this- Especially with carriers like Myself,Whom Understand Market Rates in all fields of transportation

What you did wasn't illegal..But Very Unethical- And what I'm about to tell you Puts Brokers out on the Street Right Now.

while I prefer NOT to use a 3pl..It does happen from time to time.........Your Not gonna Fool me on Rates,Your Just not.....

So Lets say I Called you on this shipment and You quoted me $3600.......Chances are I'm going to Take that Load from You for $4200, Service Your Customer Timely etc......

What you Wont Know right away is that your going to have a Brutally Upset Customer That has become aware of your Practice, I have been in the game a long time and trust me, Most Customers Want to know how their Transportation costs are distributed.....

And If you try any Kind of Noise like this up around Chicago With us seasoned carriers- You'll Lose every Customer- Every Time. And I Put My Name on that statement

Oh,by the way- In case your wondering What Should I Have Ethically offered on that load to Tampa- You Should have Been around 5k to the truck....You won this time, I strongly Suggest you change your ways in business.

Yeah brokers are really tight lipped. TQL has probably already dispatched a whole slew of new hires to hit the internet and phones trying to figure out who this customer is so they can steal it lol.

i would never do for 5500 if it was my truck. I would be at 6200 but LA market would never pay that
