    Your fuel economies are not that bad when measured against real world numbers. If you believe the super truckers that spout the factory lie-o-meter gauges in their dash your figures are way off. So I guess it depends who you ask?

    Paccar regularly puts out a paper considering fuel efficiency. In all the testing they have done they claim that no driver beats the consistency of cruise control. So choose who you you get your information from.

    my friend has volvo 2006 , with Cummins isx and he has 7mpg , with 3.55 rear ends and 425 hp and 13 speed tranny

    Factory specks on pressure loss is like 5 psi over 30sec. Or some silly rate , any loss is to much.

    Depending on overdrive ratios , it may be 0% gain in mileage.
