I'm guessing it's based on region like at other carrier, and what accounts you choose. @Thull is running bulk for Schneider right now. I only make .41/mile running regional, most new drivers I talk to only make .32/mile. But I think they get up to .38 in the 1st year. Dedicated accounts all have their own pay schedules

Dry van pay sucks, low 30s cpm if you're a new driver. If you call a recruiter and give them the job ID# of the position you're looking at, they can tell you what it pays.

Go with tankers with tankers. There's other companies with dry van.

    TennMan Thanks this.

They started me off dry van otr @40cpm and bumped it up to 41 after 3 months. Brand new, but they originally were talking about 33cpm until they came up with some idea that every 4 years of military experience equals one year bump up in salary.

This is true for new drivers. But it caps at 1 year, even if you served for 20 rather than 4 or 5. It bumps them from .32 to .38 as soon as they go solo.
