Looks as if the landing gear are down just a bit, maybe crank landing gear all the way up?
Or look before the driver enters or exits a questionable spot like that!

It looks like they tried to raise the landing gear since the handle is swinging in the air. The apron doesn't look that steep but maybe the video is decieving. Approach angles are important. Looks like he came out of that lot almost straight on unless he got hung up backing to a ill-designed dock. Seeing how its Family Dollar. How many of you carry a tow chain with you though? Maybe it's a common occurrence there? Curious to hear what Schneider would say about this particular debacle.

The dead axle on a tag axle truck is the rear axle. Since the rear axle is spinning it's not a tag axle, so it has a diff lock.drvrtech77 Thanks this.
