They do that? That's awesome. Here you gotta fight for detention and layover pay (my experience)... I'd go with them if I lived on a good freight lane for them :) $20 an hr Det is not bad, specially if you don't have to log it on duty....

you don't get paid to chain or sit... pay wise we're no different than the megas.. we do have a lot of miles coast to coast.
But pretty awesome equipment and amenities that's for sure. That's why I made the choice. Can't live without the apu :) (or straight idle but no one does that)

Pay is my biggest concern. For a good company is on the low side. Equipment is top notch. Shop is awesome. Dispatch system is weird but they leave you alone. Doesn't feel like you get to make a relationship with them, which is fine I guess.. all talking is done through Qualcomm for the most part. Benefitz are good.

Just got scrwd out of 100 miles, called Della and she said she paid me right. (PC Miler). This load I'm on has too much time on it, hoping to get earlier unload appointment, if not, beg for layover pay. It's for the 2nd and I'm 1440 miles away. I can be there Thursday :)... We'll see how it goes.

I've gone through the house quite a bit so I'm happy on that aspect. Don't like running east but we're a 48 carrier so j knew that. So far no upper ne for me so I'm happy. Furthest I've gone is PA and hope it stays that way (it won't)

Great terminal, you have good rooms to stay in if your truck is being worked on, free laundry and detergent. Clean showers... Free wifi. They charge you gas money for using van to run to store... (Bugs me for some reason).

Next year ill be 25, I'll be able to get into something better. I'll deal with it for now..

If you don't mind 3-4 weeks+ out. Stick it out.. great equipment. I was at the yard the other day and a driver said Marten seemed to have gotten a lot better now... I don't plan on staying otr much longer so I'll stick it out for a year or so..
