Be absolutely up front with the recruiter about your record. Bear in mind that when you get an invitation to orientation you aren't hired yet. Many potential drivers made it through the drug test, medical exam, and road test at my Swift orientation on day one. About half that remained on day two went home because of background check issues. I don't know what the issues were, but a good guess is they tried to hide something and were found out.

What were the moving violations? A disqualifier would be any reckless driving charge, such as going more than 15 mph over the speed limit.
