    At the old employer? its all the same 2 people. were talking about a 10 truck company nothing large scale.

    He mentioned it is a small company and they are totally ignoring him...

    You can call them and explain the situation... have them put it in an seal envelope.

    Ok thanks,i only read the first post of his.A small company should be easy to get whole of but since they're ignoring him deliberately he's going to have to seek legal action.Even then it'll take probably months .We all know how slow the legal system is.

    And now we see why the FMCSA is pushing for a National Database for Drug testing... because companies will not supply simple information..

    A company is only required to report your employment and whether you are eligible for rehire. Requesting prior drug testing in not required for employment. A failed/refused drug test will show on the driver's PSP and on DAC if the company is a DAC subscriber.
