Those books are not free. They buy them from a supplier.
You have no need for a company hand book after you leave a company. That is their property, with their rules. Some can file theft of company information..
    Don't flame on this.
Think about the money they spent for you too know their rules and the federal laws.

Stay away from this company. The owner called me a POS( piece of ####) in a group email that is was attached to. This is the way they view their drivers and also the way they treat you. If you never want to be home or see ypur family and you can live on roman noodles. You will do great here. 28 pay stubs and 12 of them were showing negative amounts. Oh and lets not forget the 24 hour and one second rule on getting paperwork in. * rented a scanner for the truck. It broke. So in stead of bringing me in to fix it. I had to run down a transflow every time i finished a load. If you miss the 24 hr. And One second mark you dont get paid for that load till the next week.(applies to Saturday as well. Even though payroll dont work or bill on the weekend. They tell you in orientation to get your truck worked on at "their" shop to keep maintenance cost down. Good luck getting it back to the shop after 90 days. Oh and dont refure a friend because they will spend all their time telling your friend what a POS you are and visversa. Your 300.00 a week maintenance fee kiss it good bye. You will never see it again. Quiet without notice and you will be crucified and called yet again a POS. Stay away from this company. They start out acting nice and building your hopes up but after 90days its a whole different game. I know its not over. But im glad im gone. Trying to stay out of bankruptcy currently thanks to rt&t group

I am going to do a lease purchase with RT&T on the 20th. I wish I knew if I am making the right decision, or not.

With all the information about lease purchase deals on this forum, why would you even consider it?

That's a decision that you have to make on your own I can give you a little insight they used to have a lot of customers now I've been gone from this company for over a year so I don't know what it's like now but I know they used to have really good customer Freight and then it started going downhill and then I started doing all broker loads which don't pay nothing you pay for everything and I do mean everything fuel surcharge is based on whether they get it or not and you'll never know if they do or not the trucks are used they have their own shop of course so they can double up their money my opinion if you want to used Freightliner Cascadia that they bought at an auction for probably about 20,000 and they're going to sell it to you for about 50 to 70 thousand go for it
