    @STexan yep...I completely understand your sentiment. I was kinda feeling the same way as you when I first started, and then realized most of our drivers are older, with a lot of experience.

    But, your concern is one reason why even a GREAT company is not for everyone.

    Agreed.... However the problem is it's not the co-driver you may have to worry about it's some DA that could possibly cause him to do something that could possibly do you harm while you're in the sleeper.

    That....coupled with the stories/facts we've heard all over this site about how "team" outfits starve the hell out of solo's would be enough for me to pass as well.

    "Stories"? sure...keep believing everything you read on a message board.
    "FACTS"? Such as which facts?

    I've been here on my 3rd yr, and I'm sure as hell not starving.

    Maybe some team outfits do...but I get consistent miles every single week, bc I go to the same stores every single week.

    One week, I get ~6500 miles, and the next I get ~4000 miles.

    Haha...I'm NOT starving. In fact, I could probably feed you.

    Solo? Hmmmmmmmm
    Did you even comprehend the premise of my statement?

    Clarity: I would not run team. Not for Hobby Lobby, nor anyone else (hence the reason I quoted STexan). And I didn't say TEAMS are starved in a predominantly team operation...I said solos tend to get starved out.
    And if you ARE running 6,400 miles a week solo....I sure as heck don't want that job; I don't wanna work that hard and I like to obey the law.
