It's swift and its trucking I imagine it's cpm. If you want hourly better look for local work.
Toomanybikes Thanks this. -

My mentor is a lease op and works Target dedicated reefer. First of all let me just say, you've been done a great disservice with a dedicated mentor if it wasn't otr and even if it was.
That said, my mentor is making 1.12 per mile, loaded or empty. Loaded one way with multiple stops, deadhead turn around. -
It's been over a year since I left Swift. When I was there Walmart pay was CPM plus stop pay. They did set up your trip back to the DC from your last stop as another stop so you would get paid the miles and owner ops would get the fuel rebate.
Buy yourself an old 20K truck with a running APU and live at the DC. You can bank some good money that way. Also, there are some routes that are better than others and they go first to the guys that are there on the spot. -
Huh? 20k class 8 truck and live in swifts parking lot? To get loads? Are you leasing said 20k truck to Swift or is it just to live in? Please elaborate. Never worked for Swift hope I never have to.Pnwtrucker Thanks this.
