How does Swift pay Wal-Mart dedicated

I'm not doing either. I don't work there anymore. BTW I hated the Walmart account and turned down every offer to do it permanently. Swift keeps a small management crew at each DC they operate out of and they poach OTR drivers who happen to be in their area whenever they get short handed. I worked about a dozen different Walmart DC's, usually for about a week each time.

There were always drivers at each DC who had old trucks leased to Swift. Those guys would be the first ones at the window in the morning and would get their pick of the routes. If I wanted to do the Walmart account that's how I would do it too. Buying and old truck and running local is a proven formula.
