do they only hire trainees, trainers, and teams. I have 8 yrs exper, perfect record. Called 2 times and left msgs, still no call back after 3 wks. Only interested in solo dry van.

At 65, I do have to work but what I was qualified to do was minimum wage jobs. So, when I found out we no longer load/unload, I went and got my CDL (had a chauffeur license and off the road for 22 years), and have been driving for the past 2 years. Yes, cpm does matter as I have lots of bills, but more important is that I enjoy the company and job. I left a "good" paying company cause the Boss was a micromanager and storyteller. This company I am driving for now, pays 2 cents less, but pays actual miles and I'm not treated like an old lady, so am getting 11-12,000 a month. At the other job I got only 9200-10k

The guy that started this thread is happy with DHT and if I lived down south, I would be tempted to talk with them.

Between transflo & cat app, it's made my job alot easier. I only stop when I absolutely need to.
