I remember hearing about a driver being killed trying to stop people breaking into his containerNavigatorWife and stayinback Thank this. -
You have a crappy trainer.
However,
You are at the controls. Never push a bad situation. If your not sure, stop. Take a few minutes to evaluate, take a few hours if you need to.
One of the aspects of trucking is making good decisions.
One of the aspects of being a man is owning your mistakes, and not crawfishing away from them.
Just say you F up, hit the guard rail, anything else is BS.
While your out with that fat tub of monkey spunk, stop and wake him up when your in a difficult situation.
What did you learn?
1) Own your mistakes.
2) Don't rely anyone except yourself.
3) Nobody gives a F, so CYA at all times.
4) Take your time always. ALWAYS.
5) Smooth is fast. Smooth comes with much practice.
6) Never, ever, worry about what anyone thinks about you. F them and the horse they rode in on.
That dude is a piece of work for putting you in that situation to be sure, but at the end of the day, it is your responsibility.
Just always take your time, never push a bad situation.
