Not sure if I believe this driver, if you started choking I'd brake pretty hard and pull over, he probably fell asleep and made up this excuse.

See these are the kind of things that happened when you purchase the generic brand of items if you would have stuck with Halls and had the healing action of Halls vapor seeming through his throat and nasal passages this whole incident could have been averted.
